I created 10K Suns to bring light to mental wellness with compassionate psychiatric medication management and supportive therapy. My name is Kathryn Gray, FNP, APRN-BC. I work with adolescents ages 13 and older, as well as adults, in Rome, GA and Sandy Springs, GA (with virtual options statewide) — offering both in-person appointments and secure virtual visits.
I am a nurse practitioner with 12 years of experience in psychiatric care and three decades in nursing. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse for 18 years, developing a deep understanding of patient care across a variety of clinical settings. My background has shaped a compassionate, practical approach to mental health treatment that emphasizes careful listening, evidence-based care, and collaboration with patients and families. I am committed to helping individuals achieve stability, improved functioning and a better quality of life.
My approach is client-centered and grounded in truly understanding you as a person, not just your symptoms. With more than 10 years of experience, I provide collaborative care for everyday stress, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and more complex emotional and psychological challenges.
